COTTAGE RENTAL

​

  • The Cottage is available for public rentals daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

  • Size/Capacity: 1200 square feet/Max of 49 people.

  • Fee: $25.00 per hour of use.

  • Fee includes: room set up and clean up - please do not move any facility furniture.

  • No active/athletic groups or groups requesting payment/donation are permitted.

  • WiFi is available.

  • No decorations of any kind can be attached to the walls, ceiling or furnishings.

  • No use of any tobacco products is allowed on site.

  • No amplified music, PA or boom boxes.

  • No kitchen facility or refrigerator is provided on site.

  • All food must be brought in or catered.

  • No alcohol without a city permit. Application for which may be a lengthy process-please plan early*.

  • Unloading and loading directly at Cottage is by request only. Please do not drive beyond parking lot at any time.

This charming cottage is suitable for business meetings, training, small gatherings. Rental and scheduling is handled through the City of Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks Department.

Print and fill out the Facility Rental Form and submit it to the City for approval in one of the following ways:

  • Via Mail to : 1 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 (Attn: Recreation & Parks)

  • Via fax to 770-206-2032

  • In person at the Recreation and Parks Offices ​

    • From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs GA 30328

 

Hard copies of the form are available at the City Springs Office at 1 Galambos Way

Please allow up to 5 business days for approval*. Once approved, a permit number will be given to you by email. You will have 5 days from the date of approval to pay for the rental in full, or you will lose your reservation. Checks should be made out to the City of Sandy Springs.

*Any permit to serve alcohol must be processed separately by the City and may take 30 days or longer to process. Plan accordingly.
